What Do I Wear To Class?

Workout Attire! Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

How Do I Sign Into Classes?

Can I Workout While Pregnant?

In short, yes! These workouts are low impact, creating a safe workout for you and your baby. However, please consult your doctor prior to scheduling a class.

Age Limit?

You must be at least 16 years of age to attend a Luxe Motion pilates class. All under the age of 18 years must sign a waiver prior to their first scheduled class with parental signature.

When Should I Get To Class?

NEW CLIENTS: If you are new to reformer pilates we require and expect you to arrive 15 minutes before class begins. We require that all new clients receive a proper introduction to the intructors and the equipment.

EXISTING CLIENTS: 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Note - in the case that you arrive late for class, your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client 5 minutes into class

What Ammentities Are offered?

Unlimited memberships get free access to infrared saunas that are available for use before or after a scheduled class. Not an unlimited member? NO WORRIES! A sauna session can be purchased as an “add on” when booking classes/packaged.

Coffee, tea, as well as cold tea tree towels are available to you after each class.

NOTE: We do not have in studio showers available at this time.

Do You Provide Water?

We have a variety of beverages/nutritional supplementation that are available for purchase in studio.

Do I Need To Wear Grip Socks?

YES! We require you wear grip socks to keep you safe and our studio clean. Don’t have grip socks? Don’t sweat it! We offer grip socks that are available for purchase in studio.

What Are Your Cancellation Policies?

If you need to cancel or change a class reservation, this must be done up to 12 hours prior to class; the class will go back onto your account to use at a later date depending on what class/package was purchased.

If you do not cancel 12 hours prior to class, this is considered a “late cancel” and you will incur a $15 fee.

If you are signed up for a class and “no-show”, you will incur a $20 fee.

If you late cancel or no-show and have a class package, in addition, you will lose the class.
